To ensure best quality services, an adequate design fee will be charged at design stage. There will also be a construction supervision fee in addition to the construction cost.

Workflow

  1. First meeting, understand customer needs.
  2. Preliminarily design presentation.
  3. Design contract signing.
  4. Site survey，2D and 3D design drawings presentation.
  5. (Optional rendered 3D drawings can be provided at extra charge.)
  6. Confirmation of construction and detailing drawings.
  7. Cost estimation of construction.
  8. Revised construction document completed in accordance with the final cost quotation.
  9. Construction contract signing.
  10. Start construction.
  11. General warranty and guarantee coverage is provided under the construction contract for one year after project completion and acceptance.
